We are concerned about the welfare of our staff and our clients. We have taken steps within the office to address the risks from COVID-19.
Social distancing, regular cleaning, disinfecting, hand washing, and hand sanitisers are part of the response.
We have already minimised face to face meetings and from Monday 30 March 2019 we will have people working more from home and fewer in the office. Our face to face client meetings will be reduced to the absolute minimum, be of short duration, and only cover essential meetings where there is no other alternative.
Often we meet with our clients for face to face interviews to review their Contracts, discuss their Wills, or deal with other legal matters. For years we have also dealt with clients who are overseas or interstate and not been able to meet face to face. We have extended this remote service to all clients.
We can deal with matters through email, over the phone, or using Zoom. This is particularly important for our older client or those such as the immunocompromised that are at higher risk of infection.
